You may not reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise disassemble the website. You may not remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, service marks or other attributions from the website.

Realestateschool.org is not responsible for the content of such websites, and makes no warranties or guarantees whatsoever regarding such websites. 8. TERMINATION

Realestateschool.org may terminate the Terms of Use at any time, for any reason, with or without notice to you. Realestateschool.org may revoke, suspend, or terminate any and all access, use, or authorization granted to you at any time, for not complying with these terms of use or any of our policies with or without notice.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND COURTS

These Terms of Use and your use of the website are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, except to the extent that applicable law requires otherwise. Subject to the rights preserved below, any court proceedings arising from these Terms of Use or your use of the website must be brought in the state courts located in Snohomish County, Washington.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable law to bring or defend a claim in Oregon, to revoke a requirement to litigate outside Oregon, or to receive protections that cannot be waived by agreement. Nothing in this section limits your ability to submit a complaint to the Oregon Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC) or another appropriate regulator.

10. GENERAL

No waiver of any provision hereof shall be construed as a further or continuing waiver of such provision or of any other provision hereof. If any provision of the Terms of Use, or the application of such provision to any person or circumstance, shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Use, or the application of such provision to persons or circumstances other than those to which it is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, shall not be affected thereby.

11. STUDENT RECORDS AND PRIVACY

We handle your student records according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. These records include account and enrollment information, course progress, assessment results, and completion or certificate records. We retain student records for the periods required by applicable state law and regulators.

You may request access to or a copy of your student records, or ask us to correct information you believe is inaccurate, by contacting support@realestateschool.org or (425) 775-2313. We may verify your identity before providing records or making changes to protect your privacy.

Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms of Use waives any privacy or student-record rights you have under applicable law.

12. STATEMENT OF NON-DISCRIMINATION

It is the policy of realestateschool.org to serve all individuals who are eligible for its programs without regard to any non-merit factor. Accordingly, the school does not tolerate discrimination by its employees when they are serving individuals who are eligible for its programs based on any non-merit factor, including race, national origin, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability (physical or mental), age, status as a parent, or genetic information. 

All of the school's employees are responsible for complying with this policy in discharging their job duties. Individuals who believe they have been subjected to discrimination on an aforementioned prohibited basis should attempt to resolve these problems with appropriate school officials. Should this procedure fail, students may contact the Oregon Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC), Private Career Schools, 3225 25th St. SE, Salem, OR 97302. If there is a finding of non-compliance with the non-discrimination policy set forth above, appropriate disciplinary action, ranging from counseling to termination, will be taken against the employee who violated the policy.
