How do I sign up for an online course?
To sign up for an online course, start by registering on our website. You'll be asked to pay when you enroll in a course. If you need help, call our support team at 425-775-2313. We're here to assist you.

What methods of payment do you accept online?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover). If you wish to pay by check, please call our office and a customer service representative will assist you.

What are the requirements to qualify for an Oregon real estate broker's license?
Be at least 18 years of age when applying and have a high school diploma, GED or international equivalent.

If I meet the requirements for an Oregon real estate broker's license, what is the following order of events that I must complete?
1. Complete a Real Estate License Application in eLicense, the Agency's online license management system. When the application is processed, you will receive an applicant ID number.
2. Pay the $230 license application fee in eLicense.
3. Select an Agency-approved real estate school.
4. Provide your applicant ID number and your full name to your real estate school.

How long do I have to complete a course?
Students have up to six months to finish their courses. This period allows plenty of time to study and fully understand the material at a comfortable pace. If you need more time, please contact our support team to explore options for extending the course duration.

What is the minimum score needed to pass quizzes or tests (assessments)?
All assessments require a minimum score of 75%.
