For a written complaint we provide a written response, ordinarily within 10 business days, and retain a record of the complaint and its resolution.

If a concern cannot be resolved with the school, you may contact the Oregon Higher Education Coordinating Commission (Private Career Schools) and/or the Oregon Real Estate Agency.
