• Visit the Marketing "Partner Program page"
• Click "Explore Partner Program" and then "Register as a Partner."
• Complete the registration form including required details like owner name, business email, company name, etc.

You will receive a confirmation email confirming "Your application has been received and is under review." An administrator will review and approve your application (usually within 24 hours).

Administrators review applications and will reach out with any additional questions or clarifications. After approval, the partner's account is activated and a confirmation email is sent.

Approved marketing partners have instant access to discounts and a marketing partner link to share their special pricing.

Approval is typically processed within 24 hours. You'll be notified of your status via email.

Partners have access to a variety of materials, including HTML banners, logos, and promotional content tailored for different platforms to help promote courses effectively.

You can terminate your partnership by notifying us via email. There are no financial obligations upon exiting, but any pending commissions would be settled as per the agreed terms.

At Realestateschool.org all of our continuing education courses are approved and eligible for credit with the state of Washington. The most popular option for students is our packages which include all of the education required, CORE, Fair Housing and all the elective hours in one. Certificates are issued as soon as you finish the course and required hours.
