Washington First Renewal Requirements
Licensees who received their licence before July 1, 2010:
Each agent on their first renewal is required to take 60 hours including 30 hour Practices,
3 hour CORE class and 3 hour Transition class. The remaining hours are elective.
Licensees who received their licence after July 1, 2010:
Each agent on their first renewal is required to take 90 hours including a 30 hour Advanced
Practices class, 30 hour Law class, and a 3 hour CORE class. The remaining hours are elective.
