  Become a Real Estate Broker (Formerly referred to as Agents)

  Washington Pre-License Requirements

   Current Requirements (Testing after July 1st):

   Pre-license candidates need to be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or have
   completed a GED.

   Candidates are required to complete 90 hours of education, which will include Washington Real
   Estate Fundamentals plus a 30 hour Practices course.

   NEW COURSES ARE HERE! All packages below are APPROVED to meet the new requirements    and can be used to take the exam AFTER July 1st. All meet the requirements necessary to    become a real estate professional for the first time.
