Washington Renewal Requirements
Current Clock Hour Requirements:
Each broker and agent must complete 30 clock hours including a 3 hour CORE class every
two years.
Licensees with renewal dates on or after July 1, 2010:
In addition to the 3 hour CORE class, all licensees will need to take a 3 hour Transition course as
part of their renewal. Licensees will still be required to complete 30 clock hours every two years.
NEW COURSES ARE HERE! All courses and packages below are APPROVED to meet the new
requirements and can be used BEFORE AND AFTER July 1st.
