   Course Description

This three hour course will work an agent through the concepts of farming for real estate business; including how to set goals and determining your budget, size, and location. It will also help you to calculate important factors such as the average sales price of a potential farm, the turnover rate, marketing conditions, and your competition for a particular farm, as well as finding the farm that best fits you.

   Instructor

Jim Hendryx is a 30 year veteran realtor who has taught training courses since 1979. He has managed and owned real estate companies, developed curriculum, and taught classes. He listed and sold over 1000 homes from 1995-2004. Jim is currently a market center instructor and productivity coach.
