Transition Course


   Course Description

All real estate licensees must take the 3 hour Transition course by their first active renewal date on or after July 1, 2010. This course will cover changes to the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) rules. Some of the information provided in this course relates to the new licensee classifications, requirements for brokers, branch managers and managing brokers, as well as record keeping.
