Commercial Core is designed to give agents and brokers the knowledge necessary to keep up-to-date on recent changes to Washington law and key topics in the real estate industry. Short sales, proper referral protocol, and Labor and Industries are among the units discussed. This course can be taken in place of Residential Core.
