LICENSE INFORMATION
FIRST RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS:
Prior to your first license renewal, you are required to take a 30-clock
hour course in Washington Real Estate Practices, with final exam. You must also
take an additional 30 clock hours of state-approved real estate classes of your
choosing, for a total of 60 clock hours before your first renewal.
SUBSEQUENT RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS:
Prior to each subsequent renewal, which occurs every 2 years on your birthday,
you must successfully complete a total of 30 clock hours in real estate classes,
approved by the State of Washington Department of Licensing.
