This package can be taken in any format or combination and can be completed in as little as 16 days or up to 5 years. According to state regulations you must finish your broker prelicensing education and take the Washington State broker exam within 5 years after completion of the first course. Note: If a course falls out of the 5 year limit it can be replaced by taking the same course over again or substituting it with another 30 clock hour course with a final exam.
